TAPWIN TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tapwin platform available at tapwin.cam (the "Platform"), including any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, you ("User", "Player", or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), along with tapwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the tapwin Platform, including but not limited to account registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, casino games, sports betting, bingo, and promotional offers. tapwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 2.4 One Account Per Household

Only one tapwin account per person, per device, and per household IP address is permitted. tapwin uses technical measures to detect and prevent the creation of multiple accounts. If multiple accounts are detected, tapwin will apply the first-registered account's history to determine bonus eligibility and may close all subsequent accounts. Any winnings obtained through a duplicate account may be voided.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwin login credentials (email address or mobile number, and password). You must not share your account details with any third party. All actions taken using your tapwin account are deemed to have been taken by you personally. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify tapwin support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tapwin operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, and in certain other circumstances as determined by tapwin's compliance team, you will be required to submit valid identity documents. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification includes but is not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, and PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

tapwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where tapwin reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or dishonest conduct, money laundering or financing of prohibited activities, provision of false registration information, or conduct that may damage tapwin's reputation or operations. In cases of account closure due to a breach attributable to the player, tapwin may withhold funds pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Payments

tapwin accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. tapwin does not charge deposit fees for GCash or Maya transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your tapwin gaming balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. tapwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network congestion on blockchain-based payment channels. All deposits are final and non-refundable once they have been credited to your tapwin account and used for gaming.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. tapwin processes standard GCash and Maya withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.

tapwin reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete identity verification. In such cases, tapwin will notify you of the reason for any delay via your registered email address or through the in-platform support channel and will work to resolve the matter promptly.

Funds held in your tapwin account that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, applied until the balance is depleted to zero or the account is reactivated through player activity. tapwin will notify you by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee begins to apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which specify the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be processed. Expired bonuses are non-recoverable. tapwin is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated in the original promotional communication.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the tapwin platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure mathematical fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within each game's information panel.

Game outcomes are final upon the completion of each round. In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure that prevents a game round from completing normally, tapwin will endeavour to resolve the matter in a fair manner. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tapwin platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or unintended game behaviour for financial gain
• Using the tapwin platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your account

• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens tapwin staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access tapwin's source code or proprietary systems
• Placing bets while subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tapwin content without tapwin's prior written consent. The tapwin name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of tapwin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tapwin and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from your inability to access or use the Platform; (d) losses arising from system downtime, server failures, or telecommunications network failures beyond tapwin's reasonable control; or (e) the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game content suppliers, or telecommunications providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable Philippine law, tapwin's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you into your tapwin account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
